I'm back! Yes, I took two months off from the newsletter and it was a much needed break. I've spent a lot of time thinking about how I'll be doing this moving forward so that it's sustainable for me and still of value for you.

I’m excited to share that Three-Minute Momentum is becoming The Leadership Throughline. The newsletter will relaunch on Tuesday, August 4 and will come out on the first Tuesday of each month at 8 am Pacific.

Over the next few days, I'll be sending two brief emails leading up to the relaunch, so you know what to expect as if you were a new subscriber. The first email will be an introduction to The Leadership Throughline and an opportunity to tell me about your work. The second is a little about how my background in film, social work, and being a psychotherapist has collectively shaped me as an executive leadership coach.

Once it relaunches, you’ll receive the newsletter monthly. You may also occasionally receive notes or updates from me about stuff I'm doing regarding coaching, writing, and speaking.
